TO DIE FOR BEAUTY

I don't know if this worthy of submission but I have spent all afternoon and evening playing with my new Canon EOS 300D. There is still so much I have to get accustomed to, i.e. manual focus without a little button telling me how far I must stand. I have been listening to a new Brit band called Ilya religiously since I heard their song on the Revlon ad. A particular track called 'They Died For Beauty' is incredible and I was inspired by their lyrics to create such a series. I guess this would be the prototype for this dream series of mine so I hope you all like it and what it provokes in you.
